The place is a metal-sided food truck on the corner of Killingworth and 16th. Right across from Podnah’s and Tea Bar, You’ll spot the green Frog on their sign right behind the 7/11

The people are nice, but make sure to speak loud to get their attention. The grill and the street right behind you are loud.

There’s just a simple wooden Picnic bench for you to eat your “for here” at. Get yours to go, there’s a park just down the street.

The Menu has your Clasico entrees, from Tortas Asado to Hamburgesa. I’m about to get the Chorizo Tortas for $8. I’m going to put extra lime on mine. The kid’s food in front of me smells delectable, an air of pepper, chili, and cilantro getting the best of me.

My food is wrapped in a tin foil hat about the size of a deflated, Tom Brady football. Red and Green Chili on the side. Tortas are a Mexican sandwich made in between Bolillo Mexican bread. The baked bun gives it a fluffy bite. I’m eating a pillow of Mexican heaven, like a gourmet Sloppy Joe.

The sandwich is cut down the middle. I put the green chili on one side, the red on the other. This ain’t wimpy chorizo. The thing is spicy with Jalapenos inside. With a nice blend of avocado and cheese, it’s really a dream on your taste buds. Let them know if you don’t like spice. This thing is hot.

Pro tip: get a drink at 7/11. This stuff is hot.
